This vital role is tailored for a compassionate and technically skilled nurse who thrives in high-pressure environments and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care in critical situations. As part of our esteemed team, you will specialize in managing complex health issues and providing life-sustaining treatments to those most in need. Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, ensuring adherence to ICU protocols and standards. Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms, adjusting treatment plans as necessary in coordination with the ICU team. Administer medications, maintain IVs, and perform life-saving procedures. Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other medical professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health management post-discharge. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Ensure equipment functionality by performing checks, following preventive maintenance requirements, and calling for repairs as needed. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Patient and family communication Critical care nursing expertise Ability to work effectively in high-stress environments Proficiency in EMR systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Certified Critical Care Nurse (CCRN) preferred
