HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at one of our leading hospitals. As part of our team, you will utilize advanced medical technology to deliver critical care to patients with severe and life-threatening illnesses and injuries. Monitor and assess patient condition and administer direct care to critically ill or injured patients. Operate and monitor medical equipment used in patient care. Collaborate with physicians and other medical staff to formulate and implement effective patient care plans. Record all patient care and interactions in patient's medical record, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. Educate and support patients and their families regarding conditions and care plans. Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working and patient care environment. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of employment Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
