Job Description Gifted Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Intermediate Care for a travel nursing job in Savannah, Georgia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Intermediate Care - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Requirements: • 2 years of recent PCU/Stepdown/IMC experience • Prior travel nursing experience required • Must live 100 miles from the facility • Active RN license (state-specific or compact, as applicable) • BLS and ACLS certifications (must be AHA) • Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Benefits: • Guaranteed Pay – Get paid even if your shift is canceled (ask recruiter for details) • Premium Overtime – Earn 2x your hourly rate on all OT hours (excludes local, PRN, CA, Govt) • Weekly Pay – Reliable, on-time pay every week Gifted Healthcare Job ID 4337e.
