We are looking for a dedicated Administrative assistant like you to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsThe incumbent is responsible for the processing of material related to EVS activities for the Director, EVS and Credentialing Coordinators. Daily responsibilities include serving as receptionist for the department, ordering office supplies, payroll activities, and all other such tasks assigned. Job may include direct supervision of students at the discretion of the area supervisor. Employee must have the same licensure or have completed the same training to satisfy the requirements of the discipline of the student.
  
  
  • Performs in accordance with delineated job responsibilities and satisfactorily completes a yearly evaluation based on these responsibilities.
  • Must possess the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively meet the needs of the patient/internal & external customer.
  • Training and/or experience in secretarial field
  • Typing 60 wpm; Word, Excel, and Powerpoint experience preferred
  • Proficient organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, initiative, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to make independent/constructive judgments.
  • Must exercise judgment in interpretation of problem situations. Must be able to work independently, even in complex situations.
    What qualifications you will need:Involves general guidance and direction by Supervisors and/or Department Manager.
