You will be responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. You will be the first point of contact for visitors at our office, greeting them in a professional and well-spoken manner is essential. This position entails answering calls and fielding them, accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment. Performing administrative duties as needed. -Responsibilities:

  • Operates Switchboard answering incoming calls and fielding appropriately. - - - - - - - --Managing all phone calls and directing calls to the correct department. Looking up patients, clients. employees, schedules, logging in records as needed. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -All phone messages should be taken with detail and delivered in a timely manner. - - - - - - - - - --Muti tasking managing all incoming calls, guests, tasks, and manage front door -
    • Collection and distribution of mail and packages.
    • Welcomes all visitors and applicants and directs them accordingly.
    • Monitors all supplies and keeps supply stocked and organized.
    • Assists with administrative and clerical tasks as directed.Completes other assignments as requested and assigned. May have access to personal health information ("PHI") necessary to fulfill the above duties and responsibilities. - Access to use and ability to disclose PHI is further defined by each organization/department.Qualifications: -
      Equivalent work experience. Healthcare experience as an office assistant -required! -People person with a positive attitude. Feel comfortable with -face-to-face -interactions and assisting -individuals. -Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette. -Previous experience working with the senior population.Strong -computer skills - -Skills & Abilities:
      • Demonstrated ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
      • Effectively analyze and problem solve.
      • Demonstrated multi-tasking ability - managing phones, incoming guests, and front door.at all times while assisting -all departments with administrative -tasks. -
      • Customer service experience -
      • Computer proficiency including the ability to utilize software programs for creating documents and spreadsheets. Experience with Mobile Edge/Autheticare, accessing -interlink and MatrixCare to triage -and distribute -calls. Running reports as directed, managing -our Ring Central -platform and utilizing -for calls, messaging, faxing, and webinar calls. -
      • Works closely with all departments -Hospice, HomeHealth, PCSS, etc. -to assist with all tasks as need such as contacting -employees as needed, making binders and packets, assisting -with data collection, surveys and audits. Support -of our Hospice Volunteer program. -
      • Maintaining organization of the office with supplies and cleaning. Preparing conference room for all events/meetings and cleaning up afterwards. Stocking water, coffee, all paper products, all -office supplies are stocked, -and printer is full of paper at -all times. -kitchen and bathroom are tidy and cleaned daily. -
      • Meets the requirements of federal and or state criminal and abuse background checks where applicable.Benefits:

        • Pay $16.00 to $17.00 an hr. DOEWorking Conditions & Physical Effort: -
          • Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
