Experienced Service Manager We are seeking a dynamic and
experienced Service Manager to lead our high-performing service
department at Walterboro Ford. If you are a motivated leader who

Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring
productivity and profitability. - Foster a culture of excellence,
accountability, and teamwork among service advisors and
technicians. - Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by
ensuring timely and quality service. - Monitor KPIs and develop
strategies to continuously improve performance. - Manage warranty
claims, parts returns, and customer concerns to resolution. -
Recruit, train, and mentor service department staff to achieve
their full potential. What We’re Looking For: - Proven experience
as a Service Manager in an automotive dealership. - Strong
leadership and interpersonal skills. - Excellent problem-solving
and organizational abilities. - Ability to drive growth, improve
processes, and motivate a team. - Knowledge of dealership
management systems (Dealer Track) is a plus. - Valid driver’s
