Role Description This is a full-time office role for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR / CM at Risk / CM @ Risk / CM@R) at Brantley Construction Company in North Charleston, SC. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for preconstruction services, project coordination, construction project management, budgeting, and overall construction management tasks on a daily basis. Qualifications Project Coordination and Management skills Construction Project Management expertise Budgeting proficiency Ability in Construction Management Strong Project Management capabilities Experience in the construction industry Excellent communication and leadership skills Excellent computer software skills: Timberline, OST, Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Primavera, proficient in video conferencing, AIA and advanced Excel. Must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or other comparable related degree. Must have a minimum of 3 years of documented commercial construction experience in CMAR contracts managing commercial, industrial, education, or healthcare construction projects.
