YOUR SCHEDULE This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with overtime available. YOUR DAY As our HVAC Technician, you'll start your day from home, dispatched to job sites without the need to report to a central office. You'll troubleshoot, repair, and install heating and air conditioning systems while delivering exceptional customer service. Whether you're diagnosing complex system issues, offering tailored solutions, or leaving a workspace cleaner than you found it, your work will directly reflect the professionalism and quality we're known for. REQUIREMENTS · Valid driver's license and a reliable form of transportation · 4 years of heating and air conditioning experience · Must be able to speak, read, and write in English fluently · Solid troubleshooting and customer service skills At least five years of heating and cooling experience, proficiency in sales, possession of personal tools, and familiarity with various industry tools are preferred.
