Foreman Bonitz of Georgia is looking for an experiencedCOMMERCIAL
Roofing Foreman to lead a roofing crew. If youre skilled in PVC/TPO

safety, teamwork, and long-term career growth. What Youll Do Lead
and supervise a crew of 45 roofers Review job plans, drawings, and
existing conditions Coordinate daily operations to ensure quality
work and ontime completion Train, coach, and support crew members
and subcontractors Maintain safety compliance (OSHA & company
standards) Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are used properly
and well maintained Handle documentation: time sheets, reports,
receiving tickets, toolbox talks Communicate with project managers
and superintendents Interact professionally with customers Travel
to job sites (up to 25% overnight) What Were Looking For 2 years
commercial roofing experience PVC & TPO experience required Valid
drivers license clean driving record Ability to lift 75 lbs, climb
ladders, and work at heights Comfortable working outdoors
year-round Strong communication leadership skills OSHA 30 is a plus
(well help you get it, if needed!) Metal roofing/wall panel
experience a bonus but not required Pay & Benefits $20$26/hr
starting pay (based on experience) Quarterly & annual bonuses based
