Job Description Job Description G&S Supply Company is a locally owned company that supplies and installs Roofing, Siding, Decking and much more. G&S is looking to add an estimator to its team! Responsibilities Preparing accurate and detailed proposals for new construction clients Review and analyze plans/details specific to roofing, siding and decking installation Coordinating job starts with installation supervisors Answering technical questions on scope of work Creating job files for production to complete scope of work Maintain constant communication with clients and meet all deadlines necessary Implement processes as needed to produce accurate and timely proposals Qualifications Construction estimating background (3 years minimum) Strong communication and computer skills (MS Office, BuilderTrend, Supplypro, Apple) Ability to work in fast paced situations and timelines Outgoing and Positive Attitude Must be detail oriented and organized Benefits Medical & dental benefits AFTER 90 DAYS OF continuous EMPLOYMENT 401K Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Job Type: Full-time Salary: STARTING at $60,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: FULL TIME Monday to Friday Experience: Construction estimating: 3 years (Required)
