Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on
the application of scientific nursing principles. Follow
established nursing practices and adhere to the policies and
procedures of the facility. Participate in discussions and
educational sessions to enhance nursing knowledge and skills.
Document patient care services and collaborate with
interdisciplinary team members to assess, plan, implement, and
evaluate patient care plans. Administer medications, monitor vital
signs, and perform other necessary patient interventions under the
supervision of experienced nursing staff. Strong clinical skills
and knowledge of healthcare protocols. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a
fast-paced environment. Commitment to ongoing educational and
