Job Description:
HCA Healthcare invites new nursing graduates to apply for our
New Graduate Nurse Residency program, designed to provide an
extensive, 12-month comprehensive training regimen. Working across
our near 2,000 sites of care, you will be equipped to deliver

Participate in clinical rotations across various units within our
healthcare facilities to gain broad experience. Attend all training
sessions and workshops designed to enhance professional skills and
nursing knowledge. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and
nursing best practices. Collaborate with healthcare teams to plan
and provide excellent patient care. Document all patient
interactions and treatments in compliance with confidentiality
regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to
interact effectively with patients and healthcare team. Ability to
adapt to dynamic environments and acquire new skills rapidly.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach. Medical Insurance

obtain a Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required upon hire.
