Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.
Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be
considered. A Special Education Teacher (EC-5) is needed to support
young learners in an elementary school setting, working with 3 and
4-year-old students. This contract position is based in Georgetown,
TX, and offers a valuable opportunity to work alongside a dedicated
teacher and two paraprofessionals. The role requires Texas Special
Education (EC-5) licensure. Key Responsibilities: Deliver tailored
instructional programs to children with special needs, focusing on
early childhood education. Collaborate closely with teachers and
paraprofessionals to create an inclusive and supportive learning
environment. Develop and implement Individualized Education
Programs (IEPs) in compliance with state guidelines. Monitor
student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse
learning needs. Maintain clear and ongoing communication with
parents and school staff. Foster social, emotional, and academic
growth in young students. Qualifications: Valid Texas Special
Education (EC-5) licensure. Experience working with early childhood
populations (ages 3-4) preferred. Strong knowledge of special
education principles and best practices. Ability to work
effectively in a team setting. Excellent communication and
organizational skills. Location: Georgetown, TX (Elementary School
setting)Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per
weekContract Type: Contract for the current school year (CSY)
