Job Description:
Wayne Brothers Holdings, Inc., a leader in providing innovative
and high-quality solutions in concrete construction and site
development, is seeking a skilled BIM Engineer for Structures to
join our Engineering & Architecture team. In this role, you will be
instrumental in utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM)
technology to enhance our construction projects' planning and
execution, focusing on structural engineering aspects. Your
expertise will help drive efficiency and accuracy in our
construction processes, ensuring that we maintain our reputation
for excellence in civil and infrastructure projects. Develop and
manage structural models using BIM software, ensuring integration
with the overall project design. Collaborate with project managers,
architects, and construction teams to coordinate design and
construction processes. Lead the creation of detailed 3D models for
use in design and construction documentation. Analyze structural
components to ensure compliance with building codes and safety
regulations. Provide technical guidance and support to other team
members regarding BIM and structural engineering. Prepare and
present reports on model findings and project progress to internal
and external stakeholders. Continuously update skills and knowledge
in BIM technologies and structural engineering best practices.
Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and
construction management. Excellent analytical and problem-solving
skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary
teams. Strong communication and presentation skills. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Certification in Autodesk Revit preferred. Professional Engineer
(PE) license is a plus.
