Plumbing & Air will be expanding with a brand-new, second location
on Highway 544! This growth means even more opportunities for our
team and continued stability for our employees. As our company
continues to expand, we are seeking a Plumbing Service Manager to
join our growing team! Pay Rate: Competitive salary based on
experience. Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Position Summary: The Plumbing Service Manager will lead the
plumbing service team to achieve company revenue goals through
exemplary customer and technical service. Essential Functions:
Integrates sales strategies and processes across the technician
team. Trains technicians on how to establish customer rapport to
sell the right products and services Understand sales criteria and
holds the team accountable for exceeding revenue goals Works
closely and communicates with install coordinator and manager,
dispatch, and customer service reps for optimal customer experience
Monitors the performance of field technicians and advises them on
necessary improvements through one-on-ones and riding along to
customer jobs Reviews and approves invoices, timecards, curbside
feedback, and options sheets Troubleshoots customer issues and/or
complaints Serves as a technical backup for field technicians when
necessary Maintains assigned vehicles relative to cleanliness and
assessment of hazards/need for repairs Participate in operations
and leadership meetings. Participates in and contributes to
leadership activities; shapes company culture by carrying out
values, ethics, and integrity Creates and executes weekly training
with the technician team Participate in recruitment and selection
process Develop a proven track record in sales Ability to inspire
and lead others to attain company goals Highly organized with
exceptional follow-through abilities Strong verbal and written
communication Quick, sound decision-making abilities Ability to
build trust and demonstrate empathy Excel in a fast-paced,
goal-driven environment Excellent interpersonal and customer
service skills Ability to operate or to quickly learn a variety of
communications systems Diagnose issues and solve problems for
customers Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: 5 years
of strong management and leadership experience required, with a
demonstration ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams Plumbing
or skilled trades industry experience preferred, but not required
Strong people-first mindset with the ability to build trust,
accountability, and engagement across diverse personalities
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and performance
coaching skills IT competent with knowledge of Microsoft Office and
modern mobile/field technology Reliable, punctual, and committed to
regular attendance Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude
and continuous improvement mindset Good physical health with the
