Job Description Job Description Job Title: Production Associate Pay: 19-21 an hour First shift Job Description As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for mixing pigments with solvents and water in the Mixing Department and filling paint gallons, labeling products, and performing visual quality inspections in the Filling Department. You will operate and maintain mixing equipment, scales, and other tools, follow SAP and internal systems for production tracking, and maintain compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations. Keeping the work area clean and organized and adhering to 5S principles are crucial in this role. You will also report any deviations or improvement opportunities. Responsibilities Mix pigments with solvents and water in the Mixing Department. Fill paint gallons, label products, and perform visual quality inspections in the Filling Department. Operate and maintain mixing equipment, scales, and other tools. Follow SAP and internal systems for production tracking. Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations. Keep work area clean and organized; adhere to 5S principles. Report any deviations or improvement opportunities. The schedule includes one opening in the Mixing Department from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM and one in the Filling Department from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Overtime is available, and no weekend work is required. The facility is climate-controlled to ensure a comfortable working environment. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Charleston, SC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $43680.00/yr.
