Job Description Summary Performs journeyman level carpentry work
including indirect supervision of trades workers and helpers.
Skills must be sufficient to satisfactorily perform related
carpentry projects. Work includes constructing new or repairing
existing buildings, walls, windows, doors, bookshelves, casework,
etc. Contributes to a team effort and harmonious working
relationship with others in the Engineering and Facilities

Performs journeyman level carpentry work including indirect
supervision of trades workers and helpers. Skills must be
sufficient to satisfactorily perform related carpentry projects.

team effort and harmonious working relationship with others in the
Engineering and Facilities Department and throughout MUSC.
Additional Job Description Minimum Requirements: A high school
diploma and three years trade experience that is directly related
to the area of employment. Some positions require a commercial
driver's license. Some positions require EPA-approved freon
recovery certification. Physical Requirements: (Note: The following
descriptions are applicable to this section: Continuous - 6-8 hours
per shift; Frequent - 2-6 hours per shift; Infrequent - 0-2 hours
per shift) Ability to perform job functions in an upright position.

to obtain and maintain a valid drivers license. Ability to obtain
