Locums Pediatric Emergency -Medicine Opportunity in Summerville, SC

Coverage Needs: Starting June, 2022 - Ongoing -2 to 6 months

Desired Schedule: - Shifts are swing from, 10 - 12 hours long, 2p -12a or 2 p - 2a

Minimum amount shifts required - 3

Will consider candidates that only want weekend shifts

Scope of Work:

Number of hospital beds: 120, 6 bed peds unit

Number of ICU beds: 6 for peds ICU or general

EMR system: HCA MediTech

The entire ED sees 150 patients per day, 5 docs/shifts and 4 apc/shifts in addition to PEDS and can help cover the peds area and help with any assistance. The peds doc is never alone

Requirement:

Board requirement (years of eligibility defined by facility): Preferably Peds EM board certified but could also be pediatric board certified with EM experience. or ABEM or AOBEM with extensive pediatric experience

Active SC license
