The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and monitoring patient progress. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a nursing home or rehabilitation center and be comfortable working with elderly patients.Responsibilities:* Provide direct patient care to geriatric patients in a long-term care setting.* Assess and monitor patient's condition and progress.* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.* Document patient's progress in the medical record.* Communicate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality of care.* Participate in quality improvement initiatives.*Azalealand Nursing and Rehabilitation considers the health and safety of its residents, family members, and team members as its highest priorities.
