Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Endoscopy - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 07/21/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel T4H259K Position Title: Registered Nurse Endoscopy Location: South Carolina Care Setting: Acute Care / Direct Patient Care Shift: Days Duration: 12 weeks Required Qualifications: - Graduate of an accredited school or college of nursing - Active RN license in South Carolina or a compact RN license (must not be a permanent SC resident if using compact license) - BLS (AHA only) – Required - BSN – Preferred - Required within 5 years of hire or transfer (if applicable per internal policy) Additional Certifications (based on unit): - ACLS – Required if working in Pain Management Clinic - NRP – Required for WIC service RNs (must obtain within 6 months of hire and keep current) Skills & Knowledge: - Knowledge of professional nursing theory and standards of care - Knowledge of hospital policies, infection control, and safety precautions - Ability to: - Analyze situations and apply critical thinking - Communicate clearly and effectively - React calmly in emergencies - Maintain accurate documentation and records - Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills Job Duties: - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with the South Carolina Nurse Practice Act - Deliver nursing care per facility policies and current evidence-based standards - Maintain safety and compliance with infection control and regulatory practices - Interact with patients, families, physicians, and staff in a professional and compassionate manner - May be required to take call, work weekends or holidays as needed About Talent4Health A leader and innovator, offering comprehensive talent solutions for the healthcare industry across the nation.
