We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical-Surgical float team. The ideal candidate will provide top-quality care to patients in varied Med Surg units according to schedule needs. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in changing environments and is looking for flexible shifts without the commitment to full-time hours. Provide high-quality patient care in various Med Surg units based on daily needs. Perform patient assessments and administer appropriate care while managing patient documentation. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure an optimal patient experience. Adjust care plans as necessary to meet the changing needs of patients. Maintain a high level of expertise in the field of Medical-Surgical nursing through ongoing education and training.
