Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN)
specialized in Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) procedures to
join our dynamic healthcare team. The CVOR RN will be pivotal in
managing patient care in the cardiovascular operating room, working
directly with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare
professionals to ensure successful surgical outcomes for patients
undergoing cardiac surgeries. Assist in surgical procedures,
specifically in cardiovascular surgeries, ensuring sterile and safe
operating environments. Monitor and assess patient status in
pre-op, during, and post-operative phases, providing timely updates
and interventions as needed. Administer medications, document
treatment plans, and maintain comprehensive patient records
adhering to hospital and regulatory standards. Collaborate with the
surgical team to plan and implement complex surgical care. Educate
patients and their families about procedures, recovery, and
follow-up care. Proficiency in operating cardiovascular monitoring
and surgical equipment. Strong understanding of aseptic and sterile
techniques. Excellent teamwork skills, able to effectively
communicate with all members of the surgical and healthcare team.
Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the
