Job Description HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Regional is seeking a local contract nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a local contract nursing job in Walterboro, South Carolina. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: ED - Emergency Department Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/16/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, evenings Employment Type: Local Contract Unit Specifics: Number of Beds : 20 Patient Ratios : 4:1 Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 24 hour Unit clerk and multiple techs throughout the shifts Type of equipment : Documentation system: Meditech Scheduling requirements: 4 Weekend shifts a schedule. 1 paid holiday and 1 non-paid holiday Floating policy: Travelers do not float to other units Patient Experience requirements: We care for patients of all ages from newborn to geriatrics. We do not have a Cath Lab so all STEMI or cath patients are transferred out. We see trauma patients as well as general illness. Hospital Specifics- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS Procedures performed on unit: Nursing assessments, Stroke Work ups, Sepsis Work ups, Trauma care\nCertifications Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS\nDress Code: (Required uniform)\n Navy Blue Scrubs
