Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Columbia, MO Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,110 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/26/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Columbia, Missouri, 65212! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years required in specialty, Level I Trauma experience preferred License: Current nursing license required Certifications: ACLS, PALS required; CPI preferred Must-Have: - Ability to work at the assigned work location throughout the full term of the contractual engagement - Ability to work the majority of the assigned shift - Ability to take call as needed - Ability to work assigned weekends - Ability to work at least 50% of the holidays occurring during the contract - Experience in patient ratios and charting systems preferred Description: We are seeking a registered nurse for our emergency department. The emergency department is a Level 1 trauma center with a pediatric section. This role requires working holidays and every other weekend. Floating between the emergency department and the observation unit is required. Staff will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The daily census averages over 200 patients with a patient ratio of 4:1. Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, and social services. This position involves handling a variety of patient diagnoses, including trauma and pediatric cases. Essential skills needed include management of arterial lines, blood product administration, and care of ventilated patients.
