Job Description:
Liberty Healthcare seeks a dedicated and compassionate Assisted
Living Area Director (LPN) to lead our assisted living facility
teams in delivering top-quality care and ensuring the emotional and
physical wellbeing of our clients. In this role, you will oversee
daily operations, manage staff, and maintain adherence to all
regulatory health standards. The ideal candidate will bring a
passion for the healthcare industry and a commitment to enhancing
the lives of elderly residents through deliberate and thoughtful
care initiatives. Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of
the facility ensuring compliance with established healthcare
standards and regulations. Provide leadership, direction, and
mentorship to nursing and related healthcare staff. Develop and
implement policies and procedures that promote high-quality,
cost-effective care. Ensure adequate staffing levels are
maintained, coordinating schedules, and managing staff training and
development. Monitor the overall health and wellbeing of residents,
adjusting care plans and treatments as necessary. Establish
effective communication channels among staff, residents, and their
families to ensure that necessary medical information is shared
appropriately. Conduct regular assessments of residents’ health and
happiness, making administrative decisions based on these
assessments. Prepare and manage budgets, control expenses and look
for ways to increase efficiency and improve service quality. Strong
leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proficient knowledge of healthcare regulations
and safety standards Effective decision-making and problem-solving
skills Ability to handle stressful situations and emotional

Life Insurance 401k Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Certification in gerontological nursing or similar (preferred but
not required)
