Job Description Job Description RN Home Health - Savannah, GA - Local or Traveler 13 weeks Mon -Fri, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week On-call info: On-call required if requested- on-call needs are subject to change based on staff and branch needs Patient Service Area: Effingham, Bryan, and Chatham Guaranteed Hours: 0 hours Productivity Units: 30 units Qualifications: HCHB, Oasis, and HH experience required Skills Homecare Homebase Software Experience - Required OASIS Experience - Required Current state license as a Registered Nurse - Required CHPN certification - Preferred Proof of current CPR certification - Required Current driver's license - Required Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required 1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting - Required 2 years Home health experience - Required.
