Three Rivers Residential Treatment - Midlands Campus Medical
Director The Medical Director will have both direct patient
clinical care and administrative responsibilities. Position Duties
will include : Direct patient care to include initial evaluations
and assessments, treatment team leadership and care of patients
under assignment. Supervision of clinical staff. Program
development, quality improvement initiatives, risk management. On
site 20-25 hours per week, a hybrid schedule may be an option for
the right candidate. Three Rivers Midlands is a 64-bed residential
treatment facility for children and adolescents ages 6-21 years of
age with diverse behavioral health and substance-use treatment
issues. Patient care is provided in a multidisciplinary treatment
setting. The work environment is collegial and there is great
support in all clinical and administrative operations of the
facility. A competitive compensation package including salary and

to work with a collegial, highly trained clinical team dedicated to
quality patient care and treatment outcomes. The position is open
to a fellowship trained Child Psychiatrist or a General
Psychiatrist with experience and interested in working with
