find a qualified Neurosurgery MD in Charleston, South Carolina,
29406! We are seeking a board-certified Neurosurgeon dually trained
in neurointerventional procedures for a 12-day locum tenens
assignment in South Carolina. This opportunity begins on Feb 1,
2026, and features 24-hour shifts from 7a-7a. The role focuses
exclusively on neurosurgery for emergency department consults
involving trauma cases, utilizing the eClinicalWorks EMR platform.

12 days Provider Type Needed: Neurosurgeon Schedule: 7a-7a, 24-hour
shifts Responsibilities and Duties Provide neurosurgical
consultations in the emergency department for trauma cases Perform
neurosurgical and neurointerventional procedures as needed
Collaborate with emergency and trauma teams to assess and manage
patient care Document all clinical activities in eClinicalWorks EMR
Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and patient safety standards
Additional Information Board certification required in Neurological
Surgery and Vascular Neurology Must hold an active South Carolina
medical license Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification required
Experience with both neurosurgery and neurointerventional
