Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Charleston, South
Carolina, 29425! Job Title: Medical Surgical Float RN Profession:
Registered Nurse Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of
experience License: South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact State RN
License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: First-timers accepted
Description: This position is for a Medical Surgical Float RN. The
RN will work a schedule of three 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to
7:30 AM. The RN will be required to work a minimum of 3-4 weekends
per schedule. Holiday rotation is required. There is no on-call
requirement. The RN will float to medical surgical floors. Ratios
may vary depending on the unit assigned. Years of experience
required is a minimum of 2 years. Candidates must have a valid
South Carolina RN license. Medical Surgical Float RNs must complete
16 hours of orientation. Local candidates may be accepted on a
case-by-case basis. Travelers should be aware that they may be
assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season.
Hurricane season runs from June through November with peak months
