Encompass Health Corporation, a leader in integrated healthcare services, is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy (OT) Team Lead to oversee our dynamic team at our inpatient rehabilitation facility. This leadership role is pivotal in managing our occupational therapy services, ensuring top-tier care, and facilitating seamless team operations to enhance patient outcomes. The OT Team Lead will strategize, coordinate, and implement occupational therapy programs while mentoring and developing staff to uphold the highest standards of care. Develop, implement, and oversee the occupational therapy program in alignment with facility goals. Lead, mentor, and evaluate the OT staff ensuring professional development and high performance. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Conduct patient assessments and adjust treatments as necessary. Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance the professional capacity of the OT team. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations concerning health care. Regularly review and report on therapy outcomes and departmental performance. Strong leadership and management skills. In-depth knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to design and implement clinical operations and procedures. Proficient in using healthcare software and patient management systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current OT license. NBCOT certification (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy). CPR certified.
