Registered Nurse (RN) | Progressive Care Unit Location: Savannah, GA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,050 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified PCU RN in Savannah, Georgia, 31419! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Stepdown Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Days Hours per Shift: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar setting License: Required Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Experience in telemetry - Ability to titrate drips - Solid PCU skillset Description: Candidates must have experience in a hospital of similar size and acuity. A minimum of 2 years of experience is required, along with successful completion of at least one travel contract. Candidates must pass clinical resume review for consideration. The unit comprises 12 beds, with a nurse-patient ratio of 4:1. Common diagnoses include Med-Surg, Sickle Cell, heart failure, etc. RNs will be required to pull their own labs. Charge nurses take an assignment. There are nurse aides on this unit with a ratio of 12:1. RNs are not required to read their own telemetry strips. Self-scheduling is allowed. Every other weekend and holiday shifts are required. There is no call or standby requirement. Navy scrubs are the dress code. One day of computer skills training will be provided, followed by shifts with a preceptor for orientation. The charting system used is MEDITECH.
