Registered Nurse (RN) | Ambulatory Care Location: Charleston, SC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,890 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Outpatient Clinic Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 08:00 - 16:30 Experience: Minimum 2 years RN experience License: SC or Multi-State Compact RN license Certifications: BLS Must-Have: 12 lead EKG/ECG skills, pain assessment skills, vital signs monitoring skills, blood glucose monitoring skills, oxygen administration skills, intramuscular injection skills, subcutaneous injection skills, venipuncture/phlebotomy skills, telephone triage skills, experience with adult patients. Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse in Internal Medicine, specializing in ambulatory care. The role requires working Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. There is no call requirement or weekend requirement. Holidays may be required as needed. The clinician may float within their scope depending on facility needs. First-time travelers are accepted. Previous charge experience is preferred. Experience with electronic charting systems is preferred. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a patient ratio of 5. The facility sees an average of 100 patients per day, with 16 exam rooms available. There will be interdisciplinary support available, including interpretation services and rapid response teams. Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. Candidates must hold a valid South Carolina RN license to be considered. Medical or religious exemptions for the flu vaccine will be accepted. This position requires the ability to conduct comprehensive patient assessments and provide appropriate care to adult patients. The candidate must be proactive in patient management, which includes vital signs monitoring and patient education.
