Job Description Job Description Salary: $16.00 Inlet Coastal Resort is looking for compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As part of the Wellness Team, you will be responsible for providing assistance and support to our residents with their daily activities, including personal care, medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents. We are currently hiring for the both first and second shift, which includes every other weekend. Responsibilities - Assisting residents with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing - Administering medication reminders and monitoring health conditions - Preparing and serving meals, as well as assisting with feeding if necessary - Engaging residents in social activities and providing companionship - Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents - Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers - All other duties as assigned by management Qualifications - 3 years or more experience as a caregiver in an Assisted Living Facility. - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred - Certification in CPR and First Aid - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Compassionate and patient demeanor Benefits - Competitive salary - Health insurance - Paid time off - Training and professional development opportunities - Rewarding work environment If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors and are committed to providing high-quality care, we invite you to apply for the caregiver position at our assisted living facility.
