Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This contract
position offers a full-time role as a Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) serving a K-12 school population in Hampton, VA. The
assignment begins on February 23, 2026, and extends through the end
of the school year. The role includes the opportunity to provide
teletherapy services, supporting students both in-person and
remotely. Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive speech and
language therapy services to students from kindergarten through
12th grade. Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment
plans tailored to student needs. Collaborate with educators,
families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student
communication development. Utilize teletherapy platforms to provide
remote therapy sessions as part of a blended service delivery
model. Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in
compliance with school and state guidelines. Qualifications: Valid
Speech-Language Pathologist license or certification suitable for
providing services in school settings. Experience delivering
therapy in K-12 environments, including teletherapy. Ability to
manage a potentially high caseload while maintaining quality,
individualized care. Familiarity with Voice Output Communication
Aids (VOCA) and experience in Voice-Based Devices (VBD) is an
asset. Strong communication and organizational skills. This role
involves supporting a diverse student population with dynamic
therapy needs, offering valuable experience in both face-to-face
