Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Located in
Georgetown, DE, this contract opportunity offers a rewarding role
for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year
(CFY) clinician within an early childhood school setting. Whether
you are seeking full-time (35 hours per week) or part-time work,
this position provides the opportunity to provide impactful early
intervention services starting ASAP through June 26, 2026. Key
Responsibilities: Plan and deliver comprehensive speech-language
therapy addressing assistive technology, augmentative
communication, social language skills, articulation, voice,
oral-motor function, feeding, and receptive/expressive language
delays Conduct diagnostic and evaluative assessments tailored to
early intervention students Generate detailed, clear reports
reflecting student evaluations and therapeutic progress Develop and
maintain Individualized Education Program (IEP) objectives aligned
with student needs Communicate effectively with parents and
colleagues regarding developmental progress and areas requiring
support Qualifications: Must hold or be eligible for a Delaware
state license Experience with moderate to severe student
populations is highly desirable Strong communication and teamwork
skills with the ability to collaborate effectively Demonstrated
flexibility and problem-solving aptitude in a dynamic clinical
