HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Progressive Care Unit team on a PRN basis. Monitor and record patients' conditions and document care provided Administer medications and collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Operate and monitor medical equipment Act as a liaison between patients, their families, and the healthcare team Educate patients about their conditions and develop strategies to improve their well-being Respond to medical emergencies and alert appropriate doctors as required Practice infection control and contribute to safety standards within the unit Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in handling medical equipment relevant to progressive care Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse license BLS/ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
