Job Description:
Trident Health System seeks a dedicated Imaging Technologist
Float PRN to join our healthcare team in Moncks Corner, SC. This
flexible role requires adaptability and proficiency in various
imaging modalities, providing high-quality diagnostic imaging
services across multiple sites within our network. The ideal
candidate will ensure patient comfort and safety while utilizing
state-of-the-art imaging technology to support diagnostic
procedures aiding in effective care and treatment plans. Perform
diagnostic imaging procedures according to departmental protocols,
safety standards, and physician orders. Maintain and operate
imaging equipment, ensuring calibration and functionality. Travel
between facilities within the healthcare network to provide imaging
services as needed. Prepare patients for imaging procedures by
explaining the process, positioning patients accurately, and
ensuring their comfort. Document and archive images in accordance
with healthcare compliance and privacy regulations. Collaborate
with radiologists and other healthcare team members to evaluate
images and assist in the diagnostic process. Participate in
continuous professional development and maintain current knowledge
of technological advancements in the field. Proficient in multiple
imaging modalities such as X-ray, MRI, and CT Strong understanding
of radiology protocols and safety standards Excellent patient care
and communication skills Capacity to maintain high standards of
accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work flexibly across
