currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Rehab to join our
rehabilitation team. This role focuses on helping patients recover
from illness, surgery, or accidents, requiring compassionate,
resilient, and highly skilled nursing professionals. As part of our
team, you will work in a dynamic environment that supports your
growth and recognizes your achievements while making a significant
impact on our patients' lives. Assess patient condition and
implement care plans in the rehabilitation setting. Monitor patient
progress and adjust treatments as necessary. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary team members to enhance patient care. Educate
patients and their families on recovery techniques and
post-discharge care. Ensure compliance with all healthcare
regulations and maintain accurate patient records. Strong clinical
skills in a rehabilitation environment Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR)
systems Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
