As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator in the Emergency Room at HCA Healthcare, you will play a vital role in managing and guiding nursing staff while ensuring the delivery of optimal patient care. Supervise and manage nursing staff and daily operations in the ER department. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient treatment plans. Implement policies and protocols to maintain high safety and care standards. Monitor patient care, manage departmental resources, and provide hands-on support when necessary. Engage in continuous education and training of the nursing staff. Strong leadership and organizational skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities Capability to work under pressure in emergency situations Proficient in using healthcare IT systems Expertise in ER procedures and protocol Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification in Emergency Nursing (CEN) preferred
