Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Nurse
Coordinator for night shifts, to join our team at one of our
leading facilities. This role requires efficient management of
nursing staff and resources to ensure the highest quality of care
and safety for our patients during night hours. The coordinator
will oversee patient care, manage staffing issues, and serve as a
key link between healthcare providers, patients, and their
families. Oversee the nursing staff and manage shift schedules to
ensure adequate coverage. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
patient care needs on the floor. Collaborate with physicians and
other medical professionals to ensure effective patient treatment.
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Handle patient complaints and incidents, including the initiation
of emergency responses. Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in
electronic health record systems Ability to make quick and accurate
decisions Compassionate and patient-focused approach Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of
employment BLS/ACLS Certification Certification in Nursing
Administration or Leadership is preferred
