Forest Drive Columbia South Carolina 29204 Requirements Breast
Radiologist ONSITE only needed for coverage ongoing until perm
hired. will cover MUSC Health Imaging Center Columbia and Kershaw
Medical Center; will request temps with clear background. MQSA 24
months of case logs. Must have EPIC proficiency $500 flat rate for
completion of hospital modules and epic personalization airline,
lodging and car rental, if using car rental will not cover toll
pass convenience. active SC license or FCVS - must have either one
active Provider will need to have dosimetry badge on first day of
shift, Agency needs to provide and MUSC will reimburse up to $200.
