for a skilled Operating Room Technician (ORT) to contribute to
high-quality patient care in North Charleston, SC. This contract
position involves supporting surgical teams by assisting in patient
care coordination and maintaining aseptic environments in the
operating room, ensuring patient safety and adherence to hospital
standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist registered nurses in the
coordination and planning of patient care during surgical
procedures. Support surgical teams by performing scrubbing duties
and maintaining asepsis throughout operations. Communicate vital
patient information effectively to team members and relevant
personnel. Account for all equipment and supplies, maintaining
their cleanliness and proper function during cases. Serve as a
clinical preceptor, guiding new staff members through orientation
and best practices. Foster teamwork and maintain professional
interactions with patients, families, physicians, and staff. Ensure
the operating room environment is clean, safe, and compliant with
hospital policies. Desired Experience and Qualifications: Proven
experience as an Operating Room Technician or similar role within a
surgical setting. Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and
surgical protocols. Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate
within interdisciplinary teams. Adaptability and problem-solving
skills meeting high customer service standards. Previous experience
