Job Description:
HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated and skilled Emergency Room RN
to work weekend shifts at our advanced care facilities. In this
pivotal role, you'll provide critical care to patients in
high-pressure situations while upholding the highest standards of
patient-centered medical care. Working within our state-of-the-art
emergency rooms, you will have the support of leading healthcare
professionals and access to the best tools and technology in the
industry. Here, every second counts, and your expertise will make a
significant difference in the lives of our patients and their
recovery. Provide instant medical care in emergencies Assess and
stabilize patients Administer medications, provide wound care, and
insert IVs Collaborate with physicians to plan for patient care
Advocate for the needs of patients Maintain patient records and
adhere to hospital policies Strong clinical skills in a fast-paced
environment Ability to make quick and accurate assessments
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in
using medical software and patient management systems Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS/ACLS certification PALS
certification preferred for those working with pediatric
populations
