HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Room RN for weekend shifts to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art facilities. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a team of experienced healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment, providing critical care to patients in emergency situations. As part of our commitment to improving human life, we provide extensive support and continuous training to ensure our staff can excel in their roles and provide the best possible care to our patients. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in an emergency room setting. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to form multidisciplinary teams. Administer medications, maintain accurate patient records, and monitor vital signs. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and ongoing needs. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Strong clinical skills in an emergency room setting Ability to stay calm and efficient in high-stress situations Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Adept at multitasking and prioritizing tasks Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN license in the state of employment BLS/ACLS certification required PALS certification preferred
