Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a Med Surg unit. Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate positive patient outcomes. Provide a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic patient environment. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and promptly address any clinical concerns. Support patient and family with education on treatments, procedures, and healthcare needs. Strong clinical skills in a medical-surgical environment Ability to make quick and accurate assessments Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using medical software and patient care equipment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in the state of employment BLS Certification ACLS Certification preferred
