Job Title: Emergency Department Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years License: Must possess a valid license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS Must-Have: Previous charge experience is required. Experience with Epic charting system is required. Trauma Level I and II experience is preferred. Description: We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse. The position entails working three 12-hour night shifts each week. Team nursing is utilized during all shifts. Nurses may be floated to similar units as needed. Every other weekend availability is required. The facility is a free-standing emergency department with six staffed beds. The daily patient census ranges from 25 to 30. The Emergency Department caters to adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Applicants should have experience in handling various emergency procedures and care protocols. It is essential to adhere to isolation precautions and PPE guidelines. All relevant certifications must be current prior to starting the position.
