Job Description:

an experienced Physical Therapist who is committed to enhancing
patient quality of life through tailored rehabilitation strategies,
advanced treatments, and compassionate healthcare. In this role,
you will be an integral part of our multidisciplinary team,
ensuring the delivery of effective therapeutic interventions and
assessing patient progress in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Your expertise in physical therapy will play a pivotal role in
driving our mission of setting the standard for comprehensive,
patient-focused healthcare. Assess patient condition by examining
muscle, nerve, joint, and functional abilities. Develop and
implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and
medical history. Document patient care services by charting
inpatient and department records. Maintain patient confidence by
keeping information confidential and upholding facility protocols.
Guide and educate patients and families about treatment plans,
exercises, and other therapeutic regimes. Maintain equipment and
supplies, ensuring availability and operational efficiency. Stay
updated with the latest physical therapy practices and technologies
applicable to patient care. Expertise in physical therapy
techniques and treatments Ability to handle a variety of
demographics including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in using
electronic health record (EHR) systems Capability to perform under
physically demanding situations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k Current state license as a Registered
Physical Therapist BLS/CPR certification Optional (preferred):
Board Certified Clinical Specialist (BCCS)
