Description:ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS --- Accurately enter and process orders and customer satisfaction forms --- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales personnel for further development and closure.--- Provide technical assistance to customers--- Administer quotations in cooperation with Account Manager based on identified sales strategy and information collected from customer or partners as assigned.--- Enter order information, including coordinating orders and projects --- Serve as coordinator between various departments on administrative development of projects, as well as existing customer programs--- Fill orders by transferring orders to production; communicate expected delivery dates, explain current stock levels.--- Successfully complete all company required and job-specific training.--- Assist with office administration.--- Perform additional duties and projects as required.Additional Skills & Qualifications:KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED--- Minimum High School diploma in a technical field required. Bachelor is preferred.--- Three or more year's customer service/office administrator related experience required.--- Customer service oriented.--- Bilingual in German and English a plus.--- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional phone presence.--- Strong interpersonal skills, respect, self-motivated, result-oriented person with a focus on results.--- Proficient with Microsoft Office (SAP experience is a plus).--- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.--- Ability to work independently and in a team environment. --- Experience with a manufacturing environment.
