Positions available in Summerville, South Carolina. We are seeking two candidates with prior experience for the position of Philippine Specialty Cook. Job duties include; Inspecting & cleaning food preparation areas, such as equipment & work
surfaces or serving areas to
ensure safe & sanitary
food-handling practices.
Ensure freshness of food & ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old & new items and rotating stock, ensure food is stored and cooked correctly at
correct temperatures & cooked according to recipes & experience. Observe & test foods for cook sufficiency via methods of tasting, smelling or piercing them with
utensils. Portion, arrange &
garnish food for waiters. Bake, roast, steam &
prepare meat, chicken, fish,
vegetables & other foods for consumption. Cook Ethnic Philippine Dishes. Education Requirements: None,
