Compensation: $58,000–$68,000 (DOE) Industry-Leading Benefits The

side-by-side with long-time Charleston industry veterans who have
helped shape some of the city’s most highly-regarded and iconic
dining names. This is a chance to sharpen your skills under leaders

of elite restaurant operations. The Role: Impact & Leadership The
Heart of the House: Lead high-energy dinner services, acting as the
primary point of contact for our loyal regulars and neighborhood
friends. Refining the Craft: Collaborate daily with a leadership
team that values mentorship, helping you master the choreography of
service, menu rollouts, and beverage programs. A Culture Builder:
We operate on the pillars of Consistency, Cleanliness, and
Kindness. You will mentor our service team in real-time, turning
every shift into a masterclass in hospitality. Operational
Integrity: From scheduling and inventory to upholding gold-standard
safety and DHEC compliance, you ensure the management side is as
polished as the service. What You Bring to the Table Experience:
2–5 years in high-volume, chef-driven, or fine-dining environments.
You should have at least 1–2 years in a leadership role (AGM,
Manager, or Captain). Coachability: A desire to learn from seasoned
pros and a humble, service-first mindset. Relationship Focus: You
enjoy the art of the "table visit" and understand how to cultivate
long-term guest relationships. Reliability: You are the calm in the
storm. Your team looks to you for confidence when the dining room
